Has anyone tried using a knife to get rid of fat?
I've heard of many people who use a knife to cut all the skin and underlying tissue/fat to remove the fat with instant results. Has anyone tried this with good results? Any side effects?

Sure why not I use this special knife with a hollowed out handle that I adapted to my vacuum for just that purpose....
