I'm a big fan of naps, great products and choices, but I want to know if the shipping has improved. I've seen a few posts about improved shipping, but wanted some confirmation that it has actually happened. Is there an eta?

Packs are being sent from a different location starting this month. Shipping times should be more like those stated on the website and the ling waits should stop for July orders.
I do to, are you working with GXR64 on this.

Well i was hoping that has improved. My only order took 3 weeks
My last order arrived well before the ticker expired.
If you placed your last order during the Jan/Feb/Mar timeframe it may have. Placing orders now and it should follow the timeline on the website.
well, its hard to believe you.. i order twice in two separate times months in between and it happened both times... just a lousy place to order from when it comes to customer service, speed, or response times..

thats your opinion and your entitlted to it. Shipping has been improved 10 fold now, customer service is better as tickets are getting answered in less then 4 hours most times. If your not getting a response its your email not accepting not us not replying.
It's been admitted there were shipping issues, but lousy customer service and response times? 4 hour responses to tickets, reships without seizure letters, great products at the lowest prices around, and now quicker shipping. Naps is the best in my book, I rep for them because I believe in them.

Shipping sucks. But customer service is on point. If they would just improve there shipping they would be great. But gxr64 is taking care of me right now. Hes a good rep

Well like GXR says shipping time will be faster now, and I've delt with Naps plenty of times and I can't say one negative thing about their costumer service, and their products are worth the wait.... I don't go anywhere else.
Thanks bro shipping is a never ending battle but we have a new location with a lot of packs already proven so even those guys getting reships will be getting them in 2 weeks tops now along with new orders in july.

I'll be placing an order tonight just to test out the new shipping times. Those that know me here know I don't bullshit anyone and will post when it arrives. I bet it beats the ticker.

Thank you Bro, I've not always been this way but now see no reason not to be cool with people. I'm here to help, be an asset to NAPS and it's customers and gain some knowledge along the way.
I think 2-3 weeks is a realistic goal, and very attainable.

I hope this is true I'm waiting on a reship with the help of gxr, my original order placed in June still had to trackable shipping number after 5 weeks
