Have some important questions

Hi, I am new to this and know very little so I am coming here for some help.
I am 26 years old 6'2" and as of 2 months ago was weighing between 130 and 135lbs. So I decided to get a diet gowing and work out. So I have been on a steady diet taking in about 3000 calories a day or more and about 250grams of protein. I also have been taking creatine monohydrate.
Well I gained weight very fast for the first two weeks, got up to 150-155, but I cannot seem to gai anymore, as a matter of fact I actually dropped a few pounds, I am at 148-152 now and i work out out with heavy weights low reps, i get plenty of protein, carbs, calories, water, sleep and rest but nothing seems to help.
I am wanting to take steroids so I can reach a certain weight and frame then hopefully keep it with the right diet and workout routine. Problem is I am afraid of getting the wrong kind of steroid or getting caught. So my question is...Is there anyway to get them online without getting caught or scammed and if so what kind would be the best for me. I have researched and from my findings believe Test suspension, sustanon, omnadren, or anadrol would best but I would rather hear from experienced people.
thank you for your time and any help would be greatly appreciated, I would hate to make the wrong choice or get caught because I was not well informed.

I agree with Nordic on this one, besides, heavy weight/low reps is for strength, not hypertrophy. Get a solid diet together and learn how to train for your goals, oh yeah, and try to not sound like a cop.
 
Yeah I realize that is still small but then again I am not that small, I was weighing 135....that was small!
Fact is I have a small bone structure, for example my best friend is my height but weighs 215 and he looks huge compared to me but then again if you look at his bone structure compared to mine you can assume about 25 lbs hes got on me is skelatal.
I used tren and mass (I believe thats what it was called) about 4 years ago and got up to 165lbs then lost it all over a period of two months because I could not work out.
As far as the food intake goes, well I have a never ending appetite and eat all day long, never any less than 3000...on average I eat 6 meals per day, on top of a gallon of milk, 12-15 raw egg whites, and my whey protein and creatine and I do not count the calories in that stuff so if I was to add that in I am well over 5000 calories per day.
I just have an extremely high metabolism and the more i eat the more i have to eat, if i dont match or eat more than I have the day earlier i get ill and shaky....so food is not an issue. I am just tired of bein the "skinny guy" I have a good frame and great muscle definition and could hold the weight easy so why not take roids for one cycle!

lol, do i really sound like a cop? thats funny....I was worried about that by saying i had a secure email but i just got it because i read in another forum that your not supposed to ask questions about this stuff if you dont have one...sorry!
Ummm, I do have a great diet and I do know exactly what I want, I want to gain striength and weight...I can get cut on my own bein that I am naturally that way. My goal is to hit 190 and cut it down to about 175-180 and hold that weight.
 
ummm, as far as fats go i'm not too awful sure, I eat margerine in several things which i believe is good in small amounts....to be honest I am not too picky when it comes to what i eat, i eat my healthy foods then I also eat my not so healthy foods like frozzen pizzas, burritios, stuff like that because they are high in calories.
I also put about 5 tablespoons of penut butter in my protein shakes twice per day.
 
there's no way around it, you gotta eat more.
If you're already eating 5000 calories a day and you can't gain, what the hell do you think is going to happen on juice?
Like I said earlier, try training for size instead of strength and actually get a grasp of what your true caloric intake is.
Read the stickies and do some searches... and don't ask for sources
 
Well like i said in my last post i have already taken steroids and they i put on alot of damn weight in ten weeks on a way worse diet and workout regimen than i am now so I know it will work...I was just trying to get some advice on what kind and where to get them, that is all, not to get told that they wont work...I have been told my entire life that I wouldnt be able to get any bigger but I put on 20 lbs in two weeks and that is muscle not water weight. So no one can tell me my diet is wrong..as far as research goes, well i have been researching for years and have tried several different things several different times and decided that it might be easier to get advice from real people not articles written bye people who know less about the stuff than I!
So please, either help me or dont...one way or the other I will find what I need, just would be easier with help. Thanks

You're missing my point here superstar.
You lost everything you gained before right? Why is that... not only did you not train for 2 months (which is awfully fast to lose 20 lbs) but you did not eat enough food to maintain those gains. Stop getting pissy and actually listen to what I'm telling you. Nail down every aspect of training and nutrition before even considering steroids, unless you like throwing your money and effort down the toilet. If that's the case then knock yourself out.
 
Diet is the answer, bro. Your questions are valid and very common here. The answer lies in studying the principles of sucessful weight lifting and dieting. That starts with realizing that you have a lot to learn. Read the stickies at the top of this forum. If anyone emails you and tries to sell you steroids, they are scammers. Real sellers wouldn't email you. Nobody is going to right a book for you here. You have to invest your time studying. Please don't request information about sources for illegal drugs on the forum again. Best of luck, brother.

nobody is goin to give you advice on steroids because your simply not ready and it would be irresponsible to give you advice but it sounds like you have made up your mind already. You obviously have a fast matabalism so you need more calories, theres no way around it. Keep your protein, carbs and fats all high, eat two or three steaks a day, eat whole eggs instead of egg whites and whole milk instead of low fat milk, eat potein and carbs with every meal and do it every day, dont miss meals, train hard and you will grow. Maybe bring the reps up, try doin sets of 10-15 even as high as 50. If you turn to steroids now you have given up already and if you do make any gains from gear you will just loose them when you come off, waste of time but good luck anyway, you will need it.
 
maybe you should add some high calorie meal replacement shakes to make life easier or you can make your own with eggs, whole milk, bananas, oatmeal and protein powder even bit of ice cream, I know guys with fast metabalisms who have had good results using high calorie shakes to get their calories in, food is the only steroid you need, you can get up to your desired weight without gear.
 
look guys, i'm sorry if i come off sounding like an ass, i'm not trying to be rude...You all make valid points and you are all right, but this is all stuff I already know.
I know why i dropped all my weight the first time i used...I didnt eat right, workout or get the rest I needed...also most of the weight i gained was water weight.
I know what foods to eat and how much, like i said, I have researched this topic over and over so its not like i am jumping into something i know nothing of.
The weight would stick this time around because I am eating right and working out hard and getting the rest i need....truth is i have about 3 1/2 months without having to go back to work and this gives me the perfect oppertunity to hit it hard and i tend to do just that.
I can respect you guys not wanting to tell me where i can get it..I can do that on my own, i know enough people...the main issue is i dont know how much i trust them to get me the right product so I am just interested in finding what kinds would work best for gaining weight and strength.
....Also I am for sure goin to take legal stuff as well and wanted to know what would be best as far as oral? D-bol?

Ok, appearantly I'm not going to get any help from you guys so I will just wing it on my own....And I am not stupid, I know food is the best way to gain weight but food stopped working, i guess you guys cant seem to let that go to your head though....and from all the searches I have done, "training like a maniac" isnt really possible, you can train hard but you have to have the rest time in order for muscle to repair itself so obviously I can train no harder than i already am!
So, thank you to those who tried to help me out but it seems i am goin to learn nothing that i havnt already known so you guys take it easy and i'll just hope i get lucky. Late

No one is trying to be a pain in your ass, they are talking reality from years of personal experience. Unfortunately changes do not occur overnight. Or in a couple of weeks. Or in 3 months. The progress is slow and deliberate with the right diet and training regimine. Yes, you could run a cycle of test alone and probably put on 25 lbs. Once your cycle was complete you would start to lose all of your gains and within a month or two you'd be right back where you started. I wonder if you really have a handle on your diet. Maybe you do though. Have you listed what you ate and calculated your total caloric intake for a set period of time? Do it for a week if not. From my own experience I thought I was eating around 4000 calories a day. Then when I did the actual calculation it was more like 2000. Read the diet and training stickies thoroughly. Then ask yourself if you really do have your shit together with the way you eat and train.

Dude, you are 6'2" and 150lbs, i refuse to believe that you can't put on weight if your diet and training program are good.

Its not just about training hard, its about training RIGHT. Anybody can go into the gym and tire themselves out, but it takes knowledge to be able to put together a well-designed balanced training program and diet plan in order to reach a specific goal.

At your age, height, and weight, if you cant put on any more mass you're either grossly under-eating, have an awful training program, or are just being too damned impatient. Im guessing theres a little of all three here.

Do yourself a favour and listen to these people or youll be asking these same questions in ten years when you're in exactly the same position.
 
like previously stated take as much juice as you want but if you do not have the right work outs, and diet in place you are pissin your money away. i would agree with every one else dont worry about test or any thing else get on a good diet and lifting schedule.

c'mon man, its not a coincidence that everyones givin you the same advice, if you knew all there was about diet and training then you would weigh alot more than 150 pounds and if food has stopped workin for you then you may aswell give up now, you may gain a couple of pounds of fluid if you take some gear thats about it, diet and training are the most important but apparently you already know that so why are you looking for other options when there isnt any? Why dont you post your daily eating plan and training program and Im sure you will get plenty of help.

If you were trying to go from 210 to 230 lbs, then this would be a more appropriate time to add steroids. All we are saying is that you can easily gain another 50 lbs of pure muscle without gear. It's pointless for you to use steroids at this point.

I used them too early, myself. This was because I was in a rush, like you. However, I would have made the same progress without the set backs of PCT had I waited until I earned 50 lbs of muscle through proper training and dieting.
 
Ok, i feel like I havnt really been clear about somethings so let me get this stuff straightened out.
1. I know what kind of workout to do and do it to a T no matter what. When I said I did low reps high weight I meant 8-10 reps as opposed to 15 if I was trying to get cut and build stamina. So yes I am doing the right amount.
2. When I work out I work out with enough weight that it burns when i'm done. I gain strength fast, my bench has 55lbs over a 3 week period and I have had great gains in size. So dont qeustion my workout routine.
3. My diet has more than enough calories, I know I should be more on top of exactly how much but yesterday I figured it out and I eat minimum of 4500 a day and average (like yesterday) 6800. I get more than enough carbs and protein in my diet, I have already checked this out. I do the 3.1 ratio carbs.protein....Like you guys already know, I am skinny and most skinny people eat more than big people anyways. Just put it this way, from the time I wake up and take my morning piss to the time I go to bed I will have gained at least 7 lbs for that day, everyday but lose it all bye the morning....That is how much food and water I have in my body! I eat so much that I never feel comfortable and my stomache almost always hurts. So food is not an issue! A human being can only hold so much food in the body and I am pretty sure I am well over that healthy point.
4.Dont tell me that you cant gain weight fast without losing it because like I stated in my earlier post's, I gained 20lbs in two weeks...absolutely none of it was water weight...how do I know you ask? Well I went almost three days dehydrated from the flu and still weighed the same, if it was water then it would have been used up!
5. Every person is different, I know guys who were smaller than me who are now weighing 220-240 and done it natural and fast...I also know guys who who did it on gear and and did the same thing. Some hold the weight some lose it, alot more comes into play then just diet. Metabolism is the most important thing in the whole role of gaining weight! If you have a slow metabolism then you can gain weight alot faster because your body does not burn as many calories so you dont have to eat as much...if it is fast like mine, well I have to eat at least 4 full meals a day to keep from getting sick!
So everyone will be different. I may not hold weight from juice, maybe I will....I wont know till I try! So you eat 7 lbs of food daily, and lose it every morning? That seven pound shit must be awful!

Do you really know you are eating 4500 calories a day? I don't care how fast someones metabolism is, at 4500 calories for a 150 lb man, there is no way that you are dropping pounds.... it just defies the laws of nature. Unless you have stomach parasites
 
lol, yeah thats kinda what I thought but no I dont have anything wrong with my stomache, I have been in and out of doctors and specialists since I was just a little guy due to my weight....I am not losing weight right now, just the food I eat, and I dont mean i shit out 7lbs i mean, I weigh myself in the morn and I weigh the same everyday, 150lbs and then towards the end of the day i will weigh between 155-157 by the time i am ready for bed I weigh around 154...when I wake up and take my morning piss I weigh 150 again....so 4lbs of water...thats alot!
And yes I am absolutely positive of how many calories I eat now, I checked it all out yesterday, I have a certain diet that is set, same things everyday and then I eat stuff on top of that...My set diet alone is 4500...so i know i am always getting at least that much.
....New question though...For the first two weeks when I gained all my weight, I didnt have anyway of working out my legs. I was told and read several different places that if you dont work out your legs you wont gain as much up top...is that true?
I am working them now for the last month or so but notice no difference.
 
have you ever had your thyroid checked? i new a chick that was like mega freakin tiny but ate worse than a obese man her thyroid like super processed every thing.
 
You should be coaching the olympia's because from what you're saying you know all there is to bodybuilding but can't make gains because you have the metabolism of jughead.
