Here is my advice from being a 35 year old college student who is in for network security. Always use a proxy program that is ran directly on your pc. One that uses a VPN is even better. Keep nothing on your PC. All emails should be encrypted and preferably do not use one of the big emails like yahoo, hotmail, etc. Use an e-mail system that is outside of the U.S. . Use throw away cell phones. Play like the Mob. You, know nothing, You say nothing!

Have multiple PO Boxes under other names if your order at that much.

Change up shipping locations, pray your source does not get busted, use a pre paid phone thats a throw away, secure email address, browse on virtual servers. Have a way to dump every thing about your self with one click. Sure there is more than enough proof if they can label you to a forum, but this is some thing you must be willing to face.

Don't rely on a VPN service to protect your identity, they hide your identity from sites you are visiting but they themselves keep a record of who you are and what sites you visit and they will almost certainly reveal that information to LE if requested to do so. The only safe way to browse the internet is to go to an internet cafe and pay in cash.
