having trouble building mass, help

i have been having trouble putting on mass. does anyone have any suggestions of supps? i know about the diet and all. i have been taking on's whey for the protein, and creatine ethyl ester.

what is your diet, that should be looked at first...
 
Are you thin and don't gain weight easily? If so, the quantity of food you eat can help. I used to think I ate alot, but I never gained weight. Then I really found out what it was like to eat alot, and realized I wasn't eating enough calories to support weight gain. Not that I routinely eat fast food, but I recently ate the entire dollar menu at Wendy's, including the side salad....now I don't recommend that kind of food, but the point is that you need to eat like never before. Aim for quality calories though. Eat man! Keep lifting. By the way, I now have to WATCH how much I eat because I began consuming too much, so be careful what you wish for.

you gain mass from food not supplements. if you aren't gaining weight you aren't eating enough food.

are you couting calories ?
 
please post what youve been eating so it can be better helped. i was thinking the same thing before i actually counted what i was eating. then i began to eat a lot more and im gaining slowly now, only downside is my stomach used to be pretty small from my weight loss. now its a bottomless pit once again, but it only gets good things :-D!
