Are you thin and don't gain weight easily? If so, the quantity of food you eat can help. I used to think I ate alot, but I never gained weight. Then I really found out what it was like to eat alot, and realized I wasn't eating enough calories to support weight gain. Not that I routinely eat fast food, but I recently ate the entire dollar menu at Wendy's, including the side salad....now I don't recommend that kind of food, but the point is that you need to eat like never before. Aim for quality calories though. Eat man! Keep lifting. By the way, I now have to WATCH how much I eat because I began consuming too much, so be careful what you wish for.
