I used to always have problems getting good carbs, but I recently discovered a great way to get them. Bran Flakes Cereal!! It is basically raisin bran without raisins. The box i purchased is made by walmart (Great Value). It is delicious, easy to prepare, and cheap! (2$ a box!!) Every serving has 90 calories, 5 grams of fiber, and 3 grams of protein. It is enriched with 13 essential vit and min, mostly all are 100% of rdv. I have a question tho.

Is it ok to just use these bran flakes for all my carb intake?

I certainly wouldn't recommend it. Bran flakes are still usually highly refined and not as good as the commercials say it is. Do you not like rice?

rice isn't a good carb, unless its brown and brown rice is nasty

What do you mean "good carbs?"

Depending on your objective, captain crunch can be just as good as a sweet potato.

I am not a fan of grains in general, to be honest. My favorite sources of carbs are sweet potatoes and beans, and both are natural.
