what the subject says. I would like to know everyones favorite healthy snacks to help in my mass gain. Preferably cheap ones because im a poor college student. Rght now all i do is pound peanuts and banana chips.

As part of an overall healthy diet, we shouldn't consume anymore than 2,400mg of sodium a day. That equals about 6 grams of salt.
