cut out the icing and you chop off 70kcal, 4P, 14F (9sat), 8C (2f)
it's good either way and yes, there'll be some hidden kcals I couldn't calculate from the dextrose in the artificials I used, but that shouldn't be more than a couple g's...
cake:
2tbs cocoa ... almost typed cacao
1/2c splenda
10pkg equal
2pkg Sw & Lo
1tbs I can't believe it's not butter spray
1.5 scoops (44g) unflavored whey P
1tsp espresso (ground)
1/2c water
mix and bake in small greased container for 20min @ 305
I used like a 5x5x4 corningware piece
icing:
2sq unsweetened baking choc
1tbs I can't believe it's not butter spray
1/2c splenda
1/4c water
nuke for 1-2min (til melted) on hi and stir, then poor over top. Best chilled IMHO.
This is good enough that I'd eat it outside my diet.
