It has been funny reading some of the posts in the challenge threads. some of the bumps are asking the exact same questions or misunderstanding posts made by the OP. I am beginning to wonder how many of the guys bumping are actually following along but its all good.

Ok, pulled fats out of my diet yesterday and will go way low fat for a while now. I'm also adding more cardio. This AM I did 45 min of fasted elliptical interval cardio after having a tall black coffee. Off to the gym in a few minutes for a back session and more cardio.

I had high energy and focus today. I had a good pump and was strong on all lifts.

Seated cable rows


150 x 15 reps strict~full stretch forward on the last 5 reps
195 x 12 reps strict~full stretch forward on the last 2 reps
225 x 8 reps strict
300 x 8 reps strict~15 lbs more than last session

Overhead medium grip behind the neck cable pull downs

150 x 12 reps
180 x 8 slow reps with squeeze at the end
225 x 8 reps
270 x 6 reps~15lbs more than last session

Hyper extensions

bodyweight x 15 reps
holding 1 plate x 15 reps
holding 2 plates x 15 reps
holding 3 plates x 12 reps~2 reps more than last session

Shrugs on clean and press machine

1 plate each side x 15 reps
2 plates each side x 15 reps
3 plates each side x 15 reps
4 plates each side x 12 reps~40lbs more than last session

Rear delt cable machine (Reverse pec dec)

100lbs x 12 reps
120lbs x 10 reps
140lbs x 10 slow reps
180lbs x 8 reps~10lbs more than last session

Cardio

45 min fasted elliptical cardio AM

Yeah, just drop down from your current 45% bodyfat to 18% and you should be fine. It will be a bummer because if you do the math that's going to leave you around 197lbs. 270 times .73. =)

i have been kinda wondering if you had something against me since i noticed a thread you made about me and ben before i came over here...kinda bitch made to make a thread on another site i didnt get on....but if were cool were cool....you are obviously a beast from waist up....and i obviously need to still drop weight....just gets old hearing the same shit for the past 3 years..... but i guess you have heard leg remarks more than you care to also....so my bad i reckon

No worries brother. I mean no harm, just playing. Once we have been in the pit or anything goes long enough we kind of lose our sense of what's normal. I love you homey :kissu:
