Indidnt read through the whole thread, but are we supposed to believe this transformation came from just 8 weeks of prop and dbol?

Amazing job by heavy nonetheless, not taking anything away from him... But this thread stinks heavily of tren

I started dieting 8-21 so about 11 weeks not 8. I also don't cycle. I'm on lifetime HRT so geared the whole stretch.

Heavy you look great at 11%. I stay at 13-14% year around and cut to 10 sometimes. Can't wait to see you at 8%!!

What happened from start to finish I just purely amazing. Dedication and everything else probably never deviated from goals. Fucking great job Heavy with the transformation, and equally keeping a very precise log.

Motivated even more now, I seen how much you were doing cardio too, I need to step up the frequency in that department...

What do you look like now heavy?I know that is hard to maintain.
 
Doc said in 2-3 weeks I can go back to light training, gonna use you as motivation for my end goal once I get back. Hopefully 8 weeks or so and I'll be back 100%.

I was 269 at the doctors today, goal is 230, lean and agile. I peaked earlier last year at 322, never want to hit that size again. It was fun being large, but now with the baby, being the biggest fucker around isn't so important. Gonna do a run with Z's prop/mast/var, clean diet with lots of cardio and in 4-6 weeks get back to lifting. Triceps feels great, doing 60 pound pushdowns now.

Honestly, being that big really sucks. Sweating all the time, constantly eating, sore from fucking training heavy all the time, sleep apnea, going to the bathroom is a chore. Plus you can't buy any clothes off the rack, everything has to be tailored, it sucks. I wear slacks, dress shirts and ties to work, used to take two shirts because I would sweat through one. Away from work, shorts and t shirts are all I wore. It ain't all fun and games.

Yea your right did not think of al of that! I just want a good build a some size nothing extream! Heavy for me is the right build, big enough for sure but not extream!

I didn't either until I started getting bigger. Now, it seems so much less important.

And you're right about Heavy, looks insane without being too big. Lots of hard work in that physique.
