Hello fellow ironmag. members. signed up a week or so ago and after reading all or at least most of the stickies and other informative post on this site, i'm very happy I stopped by and became a member. lots of good advise from what i've read. Little about me: Female in mid 40's. in good health been active in body building most of adult life, had a back injury many yrs ago and crazy dr's just put me on pain meds and told me no more lifting.well stayed on them pills for yrs.(long story).. in the last three yrs i've had 3 back surgeries.. and now i'm getting my life back on track.. been hitting the gym (about 13 months now)..of course at 1st it was all tears and FEAR.. of re-injury..after all i just got my damn back fixed. I'm better then ever now. Best thing i ever did was get my health under my OWN control. So here I am looking for sound advise,
