Hi! I am new to these forums. Probably you will see that my english is not good, but thats due to the fact that i dont speak english as my mother tongue.
I came to iron forums to learn how to improve muslces, since i am too much thin and with a little atractive body. I dont expect any miracles, but i hope to have a normal body (yeah, my body is to damn thin enough for me to wish just having a normal body). My weight is 65kg (140 pounds i think) and my height is 1,75m (5'7'' probably) and even if i eat a lot, my wieght will still be the same (it is the same since 8 years ago more or less). and my age is 26.
Where should i start?
