LOVE THE FORUMS,
DIET I BELIEVE IS PRETTY MUCH NOW IN CHECK. RUNNING A MODIFIED CKD DIET.
STATS: 380 LBS, 5' 8"
BEEN LIFTING HEAVY FOR ALMOST 8 WEEKS NOW. CARDIO 4-5 DAYS A WEEK. ABOUT 2000 - 2500 CALORIES A DAY ALL CLEAN.

LOST 60 LBS SINCE JANUARY 2ND OF THIS YEAR.

GETTING READY TO SWITCH WORKOUT. I WAS TOLD ON OTHER POSTS THAT PERHAPS A CIRCUIT ROUTINE WOULD BE BEST.

COULD SOMEONE POSSIBLY GIVE ME A ROUGH DRAFT OF A GOOD LIST OF EXRCISES AND SET AND REP RANGES FOR CIRCUIT TYPE TRAINING.

ALTHOUGH LONG TERM GOALS ARE NOT A GOOD THING TO USE MINE IS TO LOSE 200 LBS. REGAIN ABOUT 25 BACK AND DO A BODYBUILDING SHOW.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

THANKS BRO,
LOOKS LIKE A GOOD READ (LONG...BUT...GOOD)
I'M ONLY HERE AT WORK FOR 30 MINS SO I'LL CHECK IT OUT AT HOME.
THANKS AGAIN

I really gotta stop that caps thing!!!!

I know, at first for about the first 3 weeks i was dropping like 8-10 lbs a week then nothing because my calories were only at like 1100 then I upped them to like 2000 - 2500, then after a week I was losing again. Now it's like 2-4 lbs a week. I believe the water weight was a big factor. I still kept my shoulder width and arm size so not much muscle loss as far as i can tell.
