Everything about your posts smells fishy. You've only been on here for 6 months and have 34 posts.
It doesn't sound like you have much knowledge of AAS!
I have not heard anything about any of raws gear being bad! Most people actually claim it to be some of the best they have ever had! We can all agree that his customer service does suck.
300mg of prop a week for three weeks will not make nuts shrink like you said. Actually at that low a dose you probably wouldn't notice much of anything.
I attribute your problem to poor diet, training, and lack of knowledge on how to cycle.
I had blood tests to prove the gear was bunk. I also said his prop was good, I've never felt better in my life than those 3 weeks on prop. I don't have alot of posts because I'm trying to learn all that I can from the vets and try not to go around bumpin my gums about shit I know nothing about. As far as minimal knowledge of AAS that may be true but I followed all directions from this board, and considering I have a nursing degree, and am finishing up my masters in biochem I'm no stranger to any aspect of AAS,
I'm 6'4 and 275, not fat, played DE at D-1 school at 265 with 10% and am trying to get back there. Took a year off from training and traveled and ate like a pasta loving pig after football was finished and started back 9 months ago at 318lbs.
My training has been just like this for over 9 months and have made consistent gains on it even up to now even with the bunk gear. Its a 531 base with assistance work thrown in to total 15-20 sets total per workout.
Monday-Bench(531)(current max-365), Inc. Db, Fly, Pullups
Tuesday-Deadlift(531)(current max-545), Deadlift for reps, T-bar, Kroc rows(high rep DB rows)
Thursday- Military(531)(current max-255), DB press, Front row, Dips
Friday-Squat(531)(current max 455), Front squat, leg press, leg curl
Since I started a cut about 2 months ago I began adding cardio in. 20 minutes post workout at first, but now that my weights are starting to get pretty heavy I've had to add in carbs to keep me going in the workouts so I decided to add an additional 50g carbs on workout days and add in 20 min HIIT on MWF morning. In a few weeks I'll be around 10 cardio sessions a week in additoin to the weights.
Diet- I'm 275 and as of this morning am sittintg 15%-16% on caliper as checked by a nutritionist. I have a fulltime job at the hospital and am taking 16 hours of class also so my eating schedule is not set in stone but here it is. I eat two pounds of meat(turkey, chicken, fish, or beef) a day in addition to 4 scoops of whey, 2 for breakfast and 2 PWO. I eat when i can but I always get that in plus some oats and veggies with the meat. Right now I'm getting about 150-200g carbs a day and whatever fat is in the meat, oil, Ranch dressing I use. at the end of the day I tally everything up and if I"m not over 3000 i drink milk till I am.
Given all this I'm not sure that my
blood test showing low testosterone has anything to do with my diet, training, or lack of knowledge about AAS. Also I have not stopped making progress its just not near as fast as my body was changing those three weeks on prop.
