Looking for some advice on how to alter my diet for the final week of my contest diet so I come in perfect of the final day which would be a Sat April 2. my diet now consist of 3600 calories, with protein at 400 grams, fat at 200 grams and carbs at 200 grams. I dont want to peak to early or too late dont want to be flat the day of the show. any ideas would be helpful.
