Ok, I need some new suggestion on my diet. I???m a high school student and it is hard to keep up with meals at school. School starts at 8:30 AM, Lunch at 12:25 PM and school ends at 3:15 PM. After that I hit the school weight room till 5:00 PM and then run for about 30 min including speed drills etc. I have been doing this for quite some time now for football and I feel I???m not getting enough calories intake. The only meals I take from 8:00AM till 5:30 PM is breakfast and lunch and that is absolutely not nearly enough how much I should eat accordingly to my activity level. I am currently 6???3, 205 lbs and I would like to gain a few pound before football season starts. Supplements I???m currently taking are Protein, Multy vitamins, creatine and glutamine. Any ideas what kinds of foods/meals cud I squeeze in between classes or sneak it under my desk and eat it on the classroom ;-) ?
