Have I messed up? I have eaten roughly 580g of carbs these included cereals with skimmed milk, tortillas, low fat pancakes and muller rice.

I have eaten roughly 38g of fat and gone about 500 cal over maintenance. Now I see most refeeds say to eat them in 5-12 hours but I managed to eat them all in roughly 45-60 minutes (to be honest it was probably polished off in 30 :P)

I am a week away from my boxing weigh in and I needed to do a refeed as my metabolism dropped.

I'm a skinny bastard 144lb 6ft roughly 6-7% bf. I know it's like a POW but i have an advantage in boxing due to my height and reach.

Anyways have i messed up big with having them carbs in such a short time or will i be alright.

Thanks.

The thing is I didn't even feel slightly bloated or full. No crash whatsoever.

Ive read the stickies etc but i cant fi d the answer. Any help would really be appreciated.

I think I have totally messed up...

There was no real mention in the sticky of a time frame in which carbs should be consumed.

But I know (well now anyway) that a minimum of 5 hours is required to raise leptin. Surely though even though I have eaten the carbs in such a short time, digestion would be spread over those 5 hours. So does it really matter if I ate them in 30 minutes or more slower over 5 hours?

Also even though the carbs were all in one go they must be turned to glycogen? they can't just be wasted calories that turn to fat can they? I ate these after a run and I estimated I had roughly 50g of glycogen left in me.

Man, I'm freaking out...

This is the weigh in for the championship final and I have found my weight loss stalling when I have been eating 1600-1700 to cut weight.

You're totally fine. :)

Dude......chill!! It's only food, you'll be sweet.

Thanks :winkfinger:

I was freaking as I thought I had just wasted a refeed day and basically eaten all those carbs and calories for nothing.
