What are you eating now? I like to drink a lot of whole milk to get extra calories.

The answer is simple, more then you are now. Law of Thermodynamics, eat more then you expend or above maintenance and you'll gain.

the obvious has allready been stated....and rightfully so; but yes a good starting point would be laying out your diet now to get some ideas flowing "beefing up" your meals, following what anabolic said.

Ramen noodles are da shit for bulking....2 packs of ramen and 1 1/2 can of tuna...eat that 3 times a day along with all your regular meals...talk about some weight.

Edit: I use 1 pack of the seasonings because of the sodium content.

Here is what I had for breakfast today,

8 egg whites and two whole eggs
6 ounces 97% lean ground beef
1 large potato sliced, baked and mixed with the eggs and beef
50g whey protein isolate

Total calories 1357, protein 131 grams, carbs 48, fat 71 grams according to package info and using Fitday. That's a bulking meal.

Do i like need 2 everythang n site like fried stuff 2?? Seen Brock Lensnar eatin Fried Cheedburgers 2 get alot of calories

Damn Anabolic i heard u was 300 pds no way i can eat all of that

310, but getting ready to diet down. And you don't have to eat all that, but you have to eat. Try the 3000, see what happens. Worst case scenario is it's too much and you lower it.

Well I am about the same size as you and I just drink 25oz of milk for breakfast and within an hour maybe an hour and a half I eat a meal that's about 600-700 calories.

I eat clean 99% of the time, only real cheats are some ice cream on Friday and my special Sunday breakfast listed above. That way I can eat way more food and stay full longer and get clean proteins, carbs and fats.

I don't like to eat trans fat (fried food) but I do eat things that are high in fat and calories.

I was using fitday but I get 2400 calories from the same source everyday (chocolate milk) and I eat 4 meals everyday with a few snacks but it is almost always between 600-900 calories per meal so I stopped counting. On a high day I get ~6500 calories on a low day ~5300.

I eat pretty much the same stuff daily to with the exception of dinner. Like something different at night.

Home alone tonight so I had a nice steak, baked sweet potatoes and a small salad with oil and vinegar. It was GOOD!!

Damn man, now you made me want to go out and buy some steaks and tators, and grill some asparagus with butter/onions.

I LOVE asparagus, a touch of olive oil and garlic grilled. Having that with grilled chicken and rice tomorrow.

How do yall keep up with the calories

Fit day is a good tool, or I just utilize a spreadsheet on my computer, it'll be under your microsoft programs if your using a PC. Type in all the info, program the blocks at the bottom of your calorie/protein/carb/fat colums to automaticaly add them up for you so all you have to do is plug in numbers. I set up another block stating what my maintenance cals are then program a block/cell below that to give me the difference in + or - to tell me if I'm eating above or below. Allows me to plug in different meals and see right away how it effects my daily cal intake. Or even go pre-technology and break out a pen and paper with a calculator and log it manually.:winkfinger:

olive oil is good for extra cals too, just throw a spoon full in a protein shake or on a salad, and like the others said, eggs, peanut butter, mayo, sausages, and a lot of people have had success with a half gallon of chocolate milk a day.
