I really need to work on my legs!! What do you suggest for exercises? Lunges, squats, extensions?? It is almost short season and I need a good leg program!! I will be combining this with clean eating to get the fat off!

I plan to begin training and eating super clean on Monday!! I have too much going on this weekend to start any sooner!!
