Ok, here are the muscle groups i'm working out for the next six weeks:
Back
Biceps
Triceps
Chest
Abs
Shoulders
I need to know WHEN, like what days to train these muscle groups. Something like this, as an example.
Monday - Biceps, Triceps
Tuesday - Chest
Wed. - Off
Except you make it. I have little knowledge on this part and this is the last part I need for my routine. Thanks!
Oh, and if it helps I'm working towards bulking up/get bigger.. see ya.
