So I just moved into a new apartment and don't have a bench/leg extension machine anymore (I had one at my old house). I workout at home so I have access to dumbells and an exercise ball. What would you guys suggest for a legs routine for me? I was thinking of doing 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of lunges, 3 sets of sumo squats, 1 set of hamstring curls with the ball (kind of awkward and crapy since there is no weights....), 3 sets of deadlifts and 3 sets of calf raises. What do you think?
Any advice would be great! (but please don't just reply...find a gym) because I need something i can do from home..
