Help me with my routine, please.

My goal is fat loss for the summer. What do you think about this workout routine; anything that I overlooked that needs tweaking?

Sun: Boxing/jumprope
Mon: Chest/triceps
Tues: Running (HIIT)
Wed: Back/biceps
Thurs: Running (endurance)
Fri: Legs/shoulders
Sat: Off
 
It looks good. Just make sure you get the right volume for each muscle. You will have to learn over time what muscles on your body grow well without too much work, and which muscles require a lot of work to keep at the same level. As well, if you are just starting to lift, then I would suggest a full body lifting routine 3 days per week beginning at 12-15 reps and then working your way down to the appropriate range when you get the form down.
 
Boxin owz, got me a bag last christmas, but i can only do it once a week cause once my knuckles start to bleed it takes a good week to heal n da scab's gone, even wit da 15ft wrap's n thick ass gloves, think my skins gettin thicker tho cause only the middle knuckle on my left hand bled last time, fully healed now, think i'll hit it again 2morrow, awsome way to burn fat but kinda shitty cause i'm tryin 2 bulk
