Hey you guys I dont ask for much help but I have never tried to cut before.. ok well i did with the xenadrine and fell on my face...but i need a diet for cutting just give me something to follow. Tell me what i should and shouldnt eat at what is good at what times. Im currently at 204-205 lbs not to much fat not just the mid section mostly... but anything would be good to follow.

All the fancy thermogenic products has never worked for me. I feel great while taking them, but as soon as I get home and drink a glass of water I've replaced what little bit of fluids I lost during lifting/cardio. So since I registered about 2 weeks ago I've lost 10 pounds from 205 by staying around 1500 cals daily. Hear is my routine:

6:00 a.m.
CARDIO (RUN TRACK)

4:00 p.m.
LIFT (HIGH REPS)
*** EACH BODY PART 2 TIMES A WEEK

O P.M. CARDIO (TREDMILL)-1 HOUR

*NOTE- I know this might not sound good to some of the guys in hear, but I've had great results...such as weight loss & definition.

How much weight are you wanting to lose and what date have you set to be finished.

This helped me when I was cutting:

1. 30 mins of cardio first thing in the morning 3 days a week.

2.Weightlifting 3 days a week.

3 sets of 10 on all exercises with minimum rest in between sets. (I know some might say this is overtraining but it worked for me.)

4. I consumed more protein than carbs on every meal except post workout meal. (45%protein, 40% carbs and 15% fats.)For post workout I tried to get 60% carbs with 40% protein with as little of fat as possible.

5. Basically I ate so much chicken when I was cutting that I thought I was going to sprout wings and fly. chicken, tuna, natty PB and MRP's consited of my protein with oatmeal, fruits, potatoes, pasta and vegetables consisting of carbs. Fats came from Flax Seed Oil and natty PB.

6. Also, keep the dairy products down while your cutting.

As stated before, there will probably be people on the board who disagree but it worked for me. I lost 35 #'s in 3 months and had a 6 pack for the first time in my life after completing this.

I wish I could do the cardio in the morinig but right now its not an option.....but it will be in the fall I hope.

Sorry the question is so vauge, but I have no idea what to do when it comes to cutting.

Oh yeah! I dont want to lose much. I dont have that much to lose bifore i wither away to nothing.

And blue dont take you wife away thats the best excersise i get.....LOL
 
Cardio doesn't have to be in the morning. That's just when I did them. If cardio is not an option in the morning then do them whenever time allows. Just keep the protein intake up to limit any muscle loss.
 
keep your carbs low after 4pm, you're body will be less likly to store them for energy that way. Unless you workout at night anyway.
