Yes, you do need help.

Do you have any money left for FOOD after buying all that crap?

What specifically do you need help with? As in what is the problem? Trying to cut? Trying to gain? Trying to get stronger?

-whey protein - yes!
-casein protein - if you have it, sure!
-zma - no, it will not effect test.
-creatine - yes!
-NO booster - no.
-caffeine - no.
-vitargo s2 - an expensive carb source that you probably dont need.
-beta alanine - yes!
-carnitine - no!
-betanine - no!

basically i question what you are thinking with some of these. more supplements (especially useless ones) isnt a good idea.

Can I get a job where you work ? Man if you have that much disposable income ..... I would say these are all good supps to try, the problem with taking everything like a shotgun approach is you won't really know which ones are working and what is being wasted. you may want to ease your way into the supplement ring. Start with the basics : Eat whole food and train right and see where that takes you.

Everybody is so harsch around here. I personally like the lineup and it seems like you have a good base for mass gaining. THe only thing I see as a waste is the last two listed. Other than that, I think things look pretty solid and there is nothing else to add to the mix. I know they said that you are taking so much that you will not know what is working for you, but i dont agree. Protein WILL work no matter what. THe ZMA will indirectly increase test, and if nothing else give you GREAT sleep. The Preworkout drink will et you jacked for a reat workout, although if you are just starting out, there should be no need for this.

The only thing I can say is that you may not know if the creatine is working for you. If you take monohydrate and dont make serious weight and strength gains within a month, Id say its not working.

Good luck!

ZMA will neither directly nor indirectly increase test unless the OP has a zinc deficiency to begin with.
Whey and casein are just protein, so nothing wrong there. Casein is rather expensive and there's no real need for it with a good protein-rich diet. Creatine is good stuff - get the cheapest monohydrate you can, take a heaping teaspoon a day. That's it that's all.

NO boosters are cosmetic at best. Waste of money, won't make you more muscular, stronger, or sexier. Okay maybe sexier...

Caffeine - I get the cheapest I can find. Nothing wrong with it, and I hate the taste of coffee. Besides, pills are cheaper.
Vitargo s2... GNC - GENr8™ Vitargo® S2 - Unflavored JEEPERS that's expensive! Save yourself a few bucks and pick up a tub of dextrose. I get ours at a grocery store that stocks beer and wine-making supplies. A kg costs about five dollars.

http://evidencebasedfitness.blogspot.com/2007/04/another-beta-alanine-study-dont-buy.html - I can add nothing.
Carnitine - utterly useless unless you have a mitochondrial disease.
What is this? "-betanine"

i already have
-optimum nutrition 100% gold standard whey
-optimum nutrition 100% casein
-optimum nutrition zma

Cool. Use it all, don't buy any more zma. No need for whey AND casein - just get whichever's cheaper and be done with it.

cell-tech hardcore is, like all muscletech products, a waste of cash. l

Well the reason why people are so harsh is because its the same thing over and over again. People want magic.
A good base for mass building is good calories. I'd like to see a study that shows ZMA increasing test in a normal individual. Protein will work no matter what? Well of course you need your protein, but it doesn't work unless you work.

It's like looking through a magazine or two and being awed and sold and going out and spending money thinking youre gonna look like the guys and gals in the ad.

I agree, there is no magic stack.

To hone a perfect diet and eat loads of quality calories in a good balance, at regular intervals is very difficult to achive, and stick to.....

Nothing in a bottle or packet will touch that.

you must be rich as hell buying all that stuff dude .... you dont need all that crap .. but like someone said where do you work and are yall hiring/?

I still see nothing wrong with ZMA. People who work out hard are typically known to have a zinc deficiency. I guess I seem to be one of the few on here but I have actually noticed results from its use, so I have to support it. Its cheap, and gives you a great nights sleep. Dont really see how you can be wasting your money on it regardless, but I suppose its just me.

Most bodybuilders eat a lot of protein, and protein-rich foods tend to be rich also in zinc.

ZMA won't hurt you. You'll sleep well, at the very least. It may be cheaper to just supplement with zinc, though.

Very true point.....
