Ok i'm 22 and tryin to get my body back. I was very active in sports like mma and wrestling but a couple of broken bones and too may beers and of course fast food have made me plus size. I'm 6'4 and about 224 growing up i could eat everything to grow and when i got hurt i still ate like i was bulking. i quit the drinkin and eating fast food. I lift about 4 times a week and try to do as much cardio as i can. I dont want to get crazy with my diet like counting every little thing i try not to eat alot of carbs and stick to veggies and mostly meat. I have a big frame and i want to gain muscle and loose a bit of fat nothing crazy. but i know nothing about eating so please help! thanks
by the way i'm taking hydroxycut and get cravings all the time so what snacks should i eat and late night is the worst
