I need some help in regards to what i should eat for breakfast. I have been eating 2 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with wheat toast and some salsa. Lately i can not keep it down. It makes me sick to my stomach, and wont quit til its out. Im looking for my breakfast to have little to no sugar, be fairly low in carbs, and have a good amout of protein. Im also looking for it to be between 400-500 cals. I already have 3 shakes a day, and i wouldnt mind having a 4th, but i have heard you should try to get you protein from real food whenever possible. I also work out before breakfast, so it could be a breakfast/pwo shake. I know its asking a lot, but im hoping some one here could help. Thanks!
