I'm looking to incorporate refeeds into my cutting diet. I'm 210 pounds at around 13 % bf. I lift 4 times a week with fasted cardio 3 times a week. I'm eating six meals a day and this is what my nutrition looks like for days I lift and then for days I do not lift.

Would like to incorporate a refeed on my leg day if necessary. Need advice!

Lifting days:
2370 cals
270 p
210 c
50 f

Off days
2040 cals
270 p
105 c
60 f

My carbs tend to look like this on workout days. 35-40 breakfast, 35-40 pre-workout, 80 post workout, and 35-40 post post workout. My postworkout carbs are 2 scoops of glycomaize and then something like sweet taters, brown rice, ezekiel bread or oats an hour later.

I know its basically trial and error and everyones different but am I lean enough to incorporate a refeed or is just one or two high carb cheat meals a week sufficient? If I am to incorporate a refeed day, I was thinking of just doubling all the carbs in my meals and adding carbs to the two meals a day that I incorporate fats instead of carbs. So basically, lowering my protein intake to 1 gm/lb of bodyweight and lowering fat as much as possible while raising carbohydrates over 100%+ with the max being around 500 grams of carbs?

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Check out the sticky thread at the top of the "diet and nutrition" section it really goes in depth for you about Leptin and Re-feeding. Great thread for ya.
