looking to lose fat and gain muscle
help please!
 
Can you post your current training & meal plan, as:

Meal 1: 8 am
1/2 c oats
3 whole eggs

Meal 2: 11 am
4 oz chicken
2 c green salad
etc.


Need to understand how you eat now. The must successful diets are those that are small tweaks to how you currently tend to eat.
 
I am currently not training, starting in a week. I do one muscle per day : Monday:Legs/ Tuesday:Chest/ Wednesday:off/ Thursday:Back/ Friday:off/ Saturday:arms/ Sunday:Shoulders
I do 3 sets of each exercise 12/10/8 or 15/12/10
I try to eat as healthy as possible and I try to eat as less carbs as possible and I usually try to take them in the morning, I just don't know what to eat exactly and how often, and I know it differs from person to person.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can add to help you have a better idea
 
usually I eat 3 scrambled eggs in the morning and the rest is just random, it actually depends on what my mom cooked for the day lol. This is why I'm looking for something strict that I can follow and obey. Appreciate your help!

#1 rule in my book-consistency. If you're not being consistent how do you know what to take away or add?
 
I think you should post your diet so we can help you. Also it is not possible to cut and bulk at the same time. But on alternative is a lean bulk you should try to consider that instead. I think lean bulking would be the best option for you at this time. Let me know what you think but that's my suggestion. Post your diet first and lets tweak it.

Today, so many types of fat loss steroids are available in the market. Anavar, Masteron, Primobolan are best fat loss steroids to use. Then Dianabol is perfect for mass gain. Dianabol cycle for 6 weeks will gives best result.
 
Where is your diet? Have you posted it yet? What are your macros like right now? How many calories per day are you eating? How much are protein? Carbs? Fats? What are your numbers?

I lift 6x a week hitting 1 body part per session followed by HIIT cardio


Meal 1... 8am "pre workout"= 1 cup oatmeal & 4 egg whites
meal 2... Post workout= protein shake, 6oz grilled chicken, 8oz brown rice
meal 3... 6oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli
meal 4... High carb shake or turkey wrap on whole wheat tortilla
meal 5... 8oz tilapia, 8oz spinach
meal 6... 8oz tilapia, 8 oz spinach
Casein shake before bed.

snack in between meals veggies or fruit.look into l-arnatine and CLA. those go well together with HIIT

give us your diet. also look into compound training. not this one muscle a day bullshit

heres the best advice you can take...
dont try to diet like this.
if you eat the same thing every day you are setting your self up for failure
if you rely on shakes to get to your calories you are setting yourself up for failure
if you try to be this strict everyday you are setting yourself up for failure
You can get great results even eating food that you like and cheating on a regular basis.
ya chicken breast is good but it wont hurt to add some bbq sauce
ya its fine to say oatmeal and egg whites every day but it fine to just have an omelet with veggies and cheese in it.
dont overeat just eat good foods and try to blance your diet in a way that your mainly eating protein, your fats are coming from the right sources and your carbs primarily from sources other than sugar.
there is absolutely no need to eat like a bodybuilder about to enter a contest if you just wan to gain a little muscle and loose some fat around the edges.
 
^^^ exactly anything carried out o the extreme will backfire on you, the key is longevity , you don't want to burn yourself too early, slow and steady progress is the key.

actually if you can do this for a while this is a great diet and you will see results if you get the itch for some sweets just drink a shake or eating a spoon of peanut butter
