I'm 5,6 weighing at 13.2 stone, I do weights and cardio on regular basis, but need help on What foods to eat, my job I'm constantly sitting down all day, if someone would care to help I would be grateful
Hi raysd21 I'm struggling what to eat to be honest, I either have oats for breakie or if don't have enuff time protein shake then banana then tuna for lunch my whole eating plan is messed up, and last time weight in from what I recall was 181lbs I want the body fat down to be leaner
