I am getting back into my routine after a back injury six yrs ago. My eating and training are good, but can someone help out with dosing for Soma? I am about 136 lbs, 22% bf. I know what's recommended, but heard a woman may need to go higher than a man due to the extra estrogen.
Also thinking about Clen and T3.
Can anyone shed some light?
