I am 6'2" tall and weighed in at a whopping 285lbs (fat) in January '05, since then I have been on a low fat, low calorie diet, with cardio exercising. As of right now I am at 195lbs! Now that I have lost the weight I want to start "bulking up" with muscle. I have access to a recreational center at our school that has about everything you could desire (it's huge, 3 stories, indoor track, pool, 7 b-ball courts, etc.)

Anyway, I just started my new workout a week ago. It consists of 4 days a week of lifting. Starting each day with running/stretching, then arms/back Monday, legs/abs Tuesday, rest Wednesday, arms/abs Thursday, legs/back Friday , rest Saturday, rest Sunday.

My plan:
Protein Shake and 1/2 creatine before workout, protein shake and 1/2 creatine after workout then L-glutamine before bed and maybe another protein shake before bed too.

What types of foods should I eat while doing this. How many calories/fat grams should I eat as well? Also, Does this sound like a good workout plan? If not please let me know what I need to change.

Thanks
Greg

welcome...

Congrats on your newly acquired physique!

I'd recommend posting your food plan (what you eat, how much, how often) in the diet and nutrition forum and then post your workout (exactly what you do, i.e. exercises, sets, reps, etc) in the training forum.

You'll get a more detailed critique of your overall program. :)
