Hey I girl i wanted your input in the workout routine i will be following for weight loss. I am 17 Years old weigh 94 kg and have around 24% body fat. I went to the gym last year but haven't been going for the past 4 months. I wanted to start again and get a toned body, not too bulky. I found this mega cutting routine on this site and i am considering following it. After each workout i will do 45 min HIIT (15 min tredmill, 15 min elliptical machine and 15 min bike machine). Should i follow this routine or should i do something else? Please advice asap ! I need to start this saturday.
