Okay Guys..
my shoulders protract terribly.. Right now i'm trying to strengthen my middle traps and rhomboids through the use of a seated row machine. I pull the weight back.. get my shoulders postioned back and down. I hold my scapula there and then continue to rep the weight out.. while maintining a pinch scapula. Is this correct?
