My name is Bob, I am 51, I weigh 200+ heaviest ever.and was wondering if it is too late to start working out. I work construction so I am not lazy. I used to box and can still kill the bags but I am a little overweight, can't seem to get motivated. I see all the infomercials like Norris' Total Gym, horton's P90X, Ab Lounge etc...I don't want to look like the Hulk, I just want to be toned. I have som free weights. I am a bachelor so as far as cooking and eating right????? I eat out a lot. I would like to weigh at least 175 / 180.
