it is just an idea on how to shock your muscles by varying your workout routine and method. in fact this would force you to vary: routine, method and most of all rythm.
Chose a partner (of your level) then just workout completely according to his routine let him dictate his routine on you let him be your coach..and you follow him follow his rythm.
next workout it will be his turn to follow you and you can take your revenge
