Alright i can not find an effective diet plan i have read every link on this forum i think about dieting and so on and i cannot find an effective diet plan at all....please help me construct a diet....thanks
 
Forget the diet plan. You need to work on spelling and grammar first.

yo what up man.. where you from in the Cleveland area.. i live like 30 minutes away in the 'burbs.
what are your stats such as age, height, weight, bf%, bulk or cut, level of activity, metabolism???
 
i basically want to tone/lose some body fat/and still build muscle
but ill be specific in a min let me type what i have taken from the stickies
 
Great, get that up. Get what you envision as a good daily diet, etc. and critiquing will be as easy as one, two, three.

Mayfield hbu

Age= 16
Weight= 147lbs
Height=5'6
Metabolism= Fast
Activity as in lifting?
if so i can get into the gym everyday around 3 oclock

why are you on a low carb diet?
 
haha i didnt think this would be right because it says its geared towards a heavier male
i cant figure out a right diet for me..that diet just sounded good to try lol this is why i need help
 
Diet to lose fat or bulk to build muscle; don't attempt to do both.
