TRAINING EXPERIENCE: 2.5 years of Bodybuliding(current), 1.5 yrs. of Powerlifting 01'-02', 3 years of Varsity High School Football with compliance in weight training.
TRAINING SCHEDULE/ PROTOCOL : 5-6 day training split, 4-6 excercises at 4 sets with a 6-10 rep range./ 20-30 min cardio 2-3 times a week. Note: abs and calves done on an alternate basis.
