Frank Sepe was a major juicer for many years and regardless of what you may hear, you do not lose ALL of your gains when you come off steroids IF you continue to train hard and eat right. Frank would not look as he does today if he never juiced. Besides, he says he is natural now, but I don't believe it. My opinion is that he takes much smaller amounts now, and perhaps less harsh drugs, but he still juices.

Frank Sepe looks natural, but I think it is safe to say all Pro guys are using some sort of juice to get to that level.

Yes, it's very "safe" to say that all pro bodybuilders not only juice but take other drugs like GH to look the way they do.

...and insulin, clenbuterol, DNP, thyroid, IGF-1, cytadren, nolvadex, clomid, diuretics...shall I go on....

I was really hoping that someone would not saw Frank Sepe was juicing but ah well:mad:

So does anyone think it is possible to get to say Frank's size or beyond without the juice, how about all the supplements I can buy or still not enough:cry:

Another thing I thought juice only increased strengh by 5 to 15% so why are they capable of getting so big if the gain is only 5 to 15 %

And I knew this kid in school who juiced and he was huge but when he cycled off he was really small the size different made him look like 2 different people, so how much muscle could you retain

thing is when your on the juice, your more pumped because all that crap is in your blood and your muscles, and you are full of it. when your off, you dont have hardly any of it. some roids stay in your system longer than others. Pro bbers do a ridiculous amount of juice(probably 10 times more than you friend from school, literally) thats why they look like that. they also do GH almost year round to keep that cartoon like build, their careers depend on that look.

Is their a proper way to take them or they will lead to some sort of problem, basically in the long run won't you end up with something wrong,

as long as you take them right in the right amounts and not abuse them, you will be fine! its been done for years!

No, I figured I ask cause your answering or someone else would, but at this given time and at 22 no.

Maybe in the future but as of now if I eat properly and so forth I don't have a problem lifting heavier and heavier, but IM not a genitic freak

Steroids are capable of increasing strength and size more than you could imagine, however, this depends on many factors...which drugs, how much is used, how long you stay on, age, genetics, etc. I have seen guys go from 150 lb bench press to 300 lb bench press in 2 months. I have also seen guys gain 30-40 lbs in 2-3 months on the juice!

As for retaining those gains...once you come off juice, you will not keep all of it, however, again, this depends on many factors...just like those above...but in addition, it depends on how many cycles you have done and how smart you are at handling the coming off period. Some guys lose all of their gains, but others will keep as much as 50-60% of what they gained!

As for looking the way Sepe does now...with great genetics, years of proper training/dieting/supplementation, and a positive attitude, yes, some can look as good as Sepe.

Well I watched this thing on TV where they had Pro Women Body Builders who said you really have to have a degree in physics to mix all the chemicals together properly and in the right amounts.

So there you go :thumb:
