Hey Guys... I lost about 70 lbs in the past year on a calorie-reduced. high-cardio diet... did a little bit of bulking in the mix too and i gained a good amount of mass... Ive always had a little gut just around my stomache and I work so damned hard to lose it... my problem is the late night snacking... i get so hungry late at night no matter how much food i eat during the day... its really annoying.. Honestly, i think its because im bored at night most of the time and at my computer... sometimes when i get bored i eat... i know it sounds pathetic but is there anything i can do to get it outta my head that i dont need to eat at night... lol... sometimes it effects my sleep and everything if i dont eat something before i sleep.. My diet is rather perfect... i got it customized by a nutritionist that has an office inside my gym... thanks for any help guys... i really respect people that are into health and im hoping someone can help me out... thanks again
oh yah... and im sorta skeptical of supplements... i tried ephedrine but i found it nearly gave me hearth palputations when i did the eca stack because i seem sensitive to caffeine. Im 19 yrs old 6' ~175 lbs... but i still got a gut
