Hey everyone. How ya'll doin? Long time no post, eh? I can't believe i remembered my pass, hehe.
I've been working out mainly for strength and endurance. I've noticed a huge increase in strength [went from 70 on incline bench to 160. 10lb bicep curls to 30. Hooah! :] Might not seem like much to all you, but hey, it is to me
], but i have no noticable increase in bulk.
i want to put on the bulk right now.
I just cant think of a good plan.
My equipment:
Station w/ : Incline bench, lat pull downs, cable thing for dead lifts, flys.
Free weights
Bench [ i dont liek to use the bench, as that requires a spotter, which i dont have.].
If anyone has any tips/good workouts for putting on the pounds, let me know please :]
