Well I'm a total newbie here! I have gained a butt load of fat over the past couple years for some rather stupid reasons. I threw my scale out because I could weigh 500 pounds and not care as long as I feel and look good (plus it was a mental menice every morning). I did have my LBM taken and with out any exercise or resistance training for the past 3 years I am at 115 (I'm 5'9", and thats lean body mass, not my weight). So I am a total pudge now and would really like to get back to where I was 3 years ago. Hope I can get some sound advice and support here as well as be supportive to others wanting to get ripped!
I'll probably invest in a scale again once I start to feel stronger and want to keep track of BF% and what not...but right now it just isn't on my list of priorities. Feeling strong and healthy is!!!
