Finally signing on. Have been a member since '08. Lifting, eating and living clean and strong for 6 years. 48 years old now. 6'5" - 230# @18% BF. Skinny upper arms and 8" wrists with large forearms. Skinny legs with big calfs. 48" chest. Some call it the skinny fat guy. Been a carpenter most of my life. Deadlifts 10 reps@ 230#, DB bench press 10@70#, DB rows 10@100#, weak squats 8@180#. Back and knee issues for many years. Leg press 10@400#. Looking to start use of some IM products to help the progress. Looking forward to grasping some of the knowledge you all have. Thanks
