HGH clarification very much needed !PLEASE

Hey everyone.

Ok so I am a 30 year old male who is tired of the yo-yo and am ready for extreme measures. I have lost n gained 100 pounds 6 times already ! On my last trip I made it all the way to 270 lbs !! and now here I am back on my decline. In the past 6 months I have lost 8 pant sizes, and 75 lbs by two hours of weight training every morning, a 40 minute cardio workout during lunch, and then 90 pushups with about 400 crunches per night. I am 5'6 and currently 195 lbs.

So now I am considering HGH. I have done tons n tons of reading on it , but everyone has something different to say as far as differences between injections, pills, and sprays.. so ANYWAYS.. to get to my question...
I decided definitly the injections seem the best. What I need to know is which do you guys feel is the best maker and how many shots should I take per week, as of right now I am under the assumption it is daily. I also need to know how much should I inject per shot. And in what part of the body does one actually stick the injection. I thank you all in advance for advise and help

HCG will not make up for the mistakes you are making with your diet and exercise routine. Only illness can justify such fluctuations in size.
 
Um, what is your diet like?

Calories, grams of protein, carb and fat?
 
You say you have done tons and tons of reading on HGH, but it doesn't sound like you have.
Real HGH is only available by injection.
I'm on my 5th week of HGH. I'm doing 2IU a day, 5days on, 2 days off.
Asking for a source is an invitation to get scammed. Be careful.

Diet is questionable. I am not tracking actual grams of carbs and so forth but am trying to stay away from fried foods and high fat meals. Basically, right after my morning workout I have a 6oz portein shake. Then I have a bowl of high fiber cereal for breakfast. ( And a cup of coffee)
I dont know why, but before I was never hungry before 1pm, now Im ALWAYS starving and cant explain it.... anyways...
At 1130am I have a low fat yogurt.
At 1pm I do cardio for 40 minutes and then enjoy a salad of mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber and turkey for lunch. No dressing only squeezed lemon.
At 330pm I have another protein shake.
At 7pm I have another bowl of fiber cereal.
Thats pretty much all I am eating and probably about 3 gallons of water a day.

When I say I have done alot of research its because I have. I should have been clearer in my post. I do know real hgh is only found in injectable format but I was wondering if the spray was equally effective as some reviews claim.
But thankyou for telling me the amount you are using... do you mind sharing your expierences so far with us ? Im so excited to finally chat with someone who is actually using it !
 
Letmebeat, if you really had done all the reading, you would know that only injectable HGH is HGH. Nothing else works.

You are nowhere NEAR ready to invest in something as expensive as HGH. You need a sound diet and training protocol, and yours, quite frankly, is not. If you can't answer the basic question "how many calories, and how many grams protein, carb and fat do you consume daily", and your physique isn't responding the way you want it to, the answer is simple, and obvious: track your diet and clean it up. FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal is easy and free. I use it daily to track and preplan my diet. Please do the same and post up your numbers. I can help you if you do this.

I dont really have any friends to go along this journey with and your advice is very much appreciated ! I was just on the site... nice !! Im going to start customizing now and will post up results asap... again.. thank you !

So far, the ony thing I've noticed is that the first 2 weeks I was very hungry, but now my appetite has returned to normal.
Nothing much else to report, but I've read that using such low levels, it takes at least 3 months for effects to be noticeable. I'm going to be patient, and take it long term.
Basically, I just want HGH to help me maintain my bodyweight, and help with cartilage regeneration, as I have bad knees.
This is my first time doing anything like this. The first few times I injected, I was scared shitless, but now I'm used to it.
For the record, I'm 42, 180 pounds.
QUESTION OF MY OWN: Sometimes there will be a tiny air bubble in the syringe, that I just can't get rid of when I'm about to inject? How harmful can that be ?
 
Tiny air bubbles are not at all dangerous. You really have to shove a LOT of air directly into a blood vessel to get an embolism.

Since I'm injecting the HGH into fatty tissue that should also minimize the risk.

None of the above. Just a former fatty who reads a lot. I do have a couple of science degrees, but not in health-related areas. Helps to have decent research skills though. SO MUCH BULLSHIT out there.
 
Yep, you did it right. And yeah, I was a fat jogger: by age 38 I was 40% bodyfat and on Metformin for insulin resistance. Good times.

You are eating about 100g protein on about 1000 calories, and you are eating crap - bars and protein supplements, kashi...

On PSMF, I ate 200g protein and about 1100 calories. No fake food - just chicken breast, buffalo, egg whites, tuna, cottage cheese... and green leafy/fibrous veggies. Also of course, fish oil.

I don't see fish oil on your plan. I wonder why not?
 
If at 38 you were not in shape , Im even further blown away, assuming you are over 40 that you are maintaining such great health standards... congratulation !
If you think I am eating bad now, you should have seen before ! lol.
But point taken... going to the market tonight!
As far as fish oils are concerned... Thats my biggest barrier on the dieting scale. I eat absolutely nothing that comes from the sea !
I hope this isnt a dumb question but you said "On PSMF..." what does PSMF mean ?
