I've read a little about desensitation, meaning that the benefits may decrease over the course of time if GH is taken every day. The 5days on/2days off protocol seems common.
For those more knowledgable and/or experienced with GH... What are your thoughts about taking it every day vs say 5 days/week?
I'm going to be bumping up to 2iu upon waking and 2iu PWO on my lifting days(tues/wed/thur/sat/sun). I've been doing a single 2iu dose on my two off days upon waking as well. Trying to figure out if I should drop all GH those twos days that I dont lift.
