Hi, My name is Niki; I am a singer/dancer and my boyfriend is a bodybuilder: he lives for it, like most of you do, I guess. We're both from Belgium.

Unfortunately he has to undergo heartsurgery on the 29th of march. Last week (23rd of april) they removed 6 (beautiful) teeth in order to avoid any kind of infection after the heartsurgery.
For the moment his life is hell because he can't work in the gym nor eat what he usually eats, because he can hardly chew.
So please, if anyone of you has (tasty) recipes (soft food), would you please be so kind to send them to me, so I can try to make him a little happier...
LOW FAT, NO SUGAR OF COURSE

He once had a recipe for lasagna, but can't find it, so...
