hi all ive got my own bench press and weights now so i dont have to bother with the gym / queing up.
ive allways done a 3 day split the normal jumble bulking routine !
anyway id like to play with them all week as i cant withstand the weights in my room i hear its okay 2 do this but only 1 muscle a session can someone give me a 5 day workout routine ?
