Hi all,
As a new member to this site (well as a poster anyway), I thought I???d introduce myself.
My name???s Damar Martin and I am a competitive bodybuilder (check out my dotcom). I compete for the UKBFF (formally EFBB) federation in the UK. I have had some success over the years and have always tried to stand out from the crowd even if not the biggest up there on the stage. I have a decent record over the years having won 7 out of 15 competitions entered and having about 4 2nd places with only a couple of real bad days and results.
Apart from competing I am also a personal trainer running my own business called Fit Nutrition where I train people and give them healthy eating advice. I also design personalised training plans for people.
I???m currently being sponsored by LA Muscle nutritional products. You can catch me in my own show being shown in the UK on Sky channel 281.
In my other life away from the health and fitness industry some people may know me as Destroyer from the Sky1 Gladiator series. Alongside the general entertainment, presenting and occasional photo shoots I am also an actor. Watch out for some of my new exciting projects coming up later this year.
Well, there is my brief introduction to who I am. Hopefully I???ll be posting more during the year.
