what's up everyone , You guys got a great forum here. lots of great info! I was on before but never introduced myself. then i slacked off for about 2 mnths. but i'm (finally) back in the gym. if i don't count that 2 month rest, then i have been lifting for about 1 1/2 now. and hoping to keep my motivation up cuz i gotta admit its been dropping. but I know i got to continiue! So i'm hoping you guys can help me through it and vice-versa.....
