Hello all. Nice to be a member of this informative forum. Im 25 been training for about 3 years. I have a fast metabolism and although I have managed to put on a bit of mass, I still only weigh 75kg.
Im 1.5 weeks into a cycle of sust, (first cycle) and would love some pointers. Im using 500mg/wk. 250 wed, 250 sat. If my diet is right, (the hardest thing for me to get right) how many kg can I expect to put on?
Any other tips for a first timer would be appreciated.
