To give a quick summary, I am a former Atkins "dieter" now following the BFFM program to lose some fat. I switched to the BFL plan about 5 weeks ago, and recently came across the BFFM program. I am now looking into different cutting techniques, namely carb cycling programs, and specifically details of the phaseIII LC BFFM diet program as it pertains to exercise.
